2st Semester 2009
Enrollment for basic and advanced courses in cinema and animation, offered by Cinema Nosso, restarted the 2st semester on October 13th. There are 25 places available each term. Extra activities like the “Kaleidoscope Office” and “Our Culture” supplement the programme.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Candidates have to be between the ages of 15 and 25, and must be available to attend the classes at the following hours:
- Basic Cinema – Morning (2x per week)
- Advanced Cinema – Afternoon (2x per week)
- Basic Animation – Afternoon (2x per week)
- Advanced Animation – Night (2x per week)
CINEMA
Main Subjects covered:
- Operation and movement of the camera
- A notion of the scene, foreground and background, sequences and time and rhythm
- The Fundamentals of a script: fiction and documentary; idea, arguement and synopsis; interviews and testimony.
ANIMATION
Main subjects covered:
- What optical persistence is.
- Construction of the optical toys.
- The fundamentals of animation; script, story board, creation of scene and characters, animation, montage and finalising.
